I love hosting songwriting workshops. It's amazing how creative people can be and it's great fun to write in a group. The groups are usually small so don't think your ideas won't be heard.Keep your eyes peeled for the next one.
The Next songwriting workshop will be on November 11th in St Leonards. Please get in touch to book a place.Maximum number of people,5.

Here is some feedback from the last one
"Interesting and inspiring.Good value for money.Good time!" Paul Morfey
"I enjoyed the experience of creating a song with you, you explained the process very well, especially finding out about the rythmn of the words, that was new to me.And we had a lot of fun in the process." Marianne Pfeiffer
I don't really do "one to one" teaching but I do have a singing group that I teach when I'm not gigging. They are called Sage Maverick. We sing for fun, I teach them some harmonies of popular songs and we raise a bit of money for charity. We grow organically and don't advertise for new members but if you'd like to join our happy band, please get in touch through one of the contact pages or just call me.
For the last five years I have been working with a band called "FRAGILE" who are a YES tribute band.I have long connections with YES dating back to my earliest days in the rock business which you can read about in my book. It is definitely the hardest thing I have ever done! I have to practice really hard before each gig but I get such a kick when I get the words and the arrangements right! I tease them that they only keep me in the band because no-one else has come forward to take my place yet!
I love old jazz songs and the great standards of the last 50 years, so I asked a very talented pianist, Helen Ridout, if she would form a duo with me so that I can let my inner "Streisand" out! Barabara Streisand actually came to hear me sing at the Troubadour, L.A. in 1972....the word on the street was that she liked me!
